The new year is coming! It often seems like a good time to make a commitment to renewal and living a healthier life – eating right, getting more exercise, dropping some bad habits like smoking. But just as often, people seem to have trouble sticking to their resolutions. I think we can change that for you.

This January we are going to be focused on Renew as our monthly theme. And a big part of what we’re going to focus on are the motivators for the change we are actually want to follow through with, whatever that change is. We’ll be posting regularly with tips for starting and sticking with change, and we’ll have live events where you can really dig into what steps you can take to stay on top of your resolution.

One of the best things you can do before the New Year is come into Crossover Health. Not only will everyone on our team have some great ideas about how to get even healthier (we love seeing people succeed in their goals!), you can get your health screening that can show you the best areas to concentrate on for that new you, and give you a baseline from which to measure your success!
